VROOMTRACK – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all VroomTrack trackdays (“Events”). By booking or

attending an Event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

“VroomTrack”, “we”, “us”, “our” – AA (Holdings) Limited trading as VroomTrack.

“you”, “your”, “participant” – the individual making the booking, and any additional drivers,

passengers or guests linked to that booking.

“Event” – any trackday operated by VroomTrack.

“Circuit” or “Track” – the venue at which the Event is held, including circuit owners, operators and

staff.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

- Hold a full and valid driving licence from any recognised country.

- Meet the minimum age required by the host circuit (typically 17+).

- Be medically and physically fit to drive safely.

- Not suffer from any condition that could impair driving ability.

- Follow all rules, briefings and marshal instructions.

3. Booking, Payments & Confirmation

- Full payment required unless otherwise stated.

- Prices may change until confirmed.

- Events may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not met.

- We may decline or cancel a booking at our discretion.

4. Cancellations & Credits

30+ days: Credit note or transfer.

14–30 days: Credit only.

<14 days: Credit only if resold.

Name changes allowed anytime.

No refunds are issued.

5. Documentation

Bring a physical valid driving licence and any required ID or waivers.

Failure to provide valid documentation may result in loss of track access.

6. Waivers & Signing On

All participants, additional drivers, passengers and guests must:

- Complete VroomTrack signing-on.

- Sign VroomTrack’s waiver and indemnity.

- Sign any Circuit-specific waiver.

Track access is only allowed once all documents are signed and the correct wristband issued.

7. Vehicle Requirements

Vehicles must be safe, mechanically sound, leak-free, and suited to track use.

VroomTrack does not inspect vehicles and makes no guarantee about the suitability of any participant’s vehicle.

8. Insurance

Trackday and personal accident insurance are recommended.

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

9. Noise Limits

Circuit noise limits apply. Exceeding limits may result in exclusion without refund.

VroomTrack does not control noise enforcement.

10. Safety Equipment

Helmet required. Arms and legs must be covered. Closed shoes required.

Full-face helmets may be required in convertibles depending on circuit rules.

11. Driving Standards & Overtaking

Open pit lane. Overtaking allowed on either side when safe.

The overtaking driver is responsible for all manoeuvres.

The driver being overtaken must hold a predictable line.

Prohibited: aggressive or dangerous driving, racing, tailgating, drifting, ignoring marshal instructions, driving under the influence, avoidable contact.No refunds or credits for exclusion.

12. Coaching & Instruction

Professional on track coaching is available at most VroomTrack Events. Instruction may be booked in advance or requested on the day, subject to availability.

Instructors tailor coaching based on experience and goals. Tuition may be hourly, half day or full day. Full day coaching may be shared between up to three drivers unless otherwise agreed.

Instructors may only drive a participant’s vehicle if permitted by the participant, allowed by the Circuit, and covered by the participant’s insurance.

VroomTrack may recommend or require instruction if driving standards pose a safety risk.

Tuition fees are separate from Event fees and non refundable, but may be transferred if the Event is transferred.

Participants may bring their own instructor if they sign waivers, attend the briefing, and wear appropriate safety gear.

13. Breakdowns & Spins

Move to a safe position if possible and wait for marshals.

You are responsible for repairs, towing, and recovery.

Repeated spins may result in exclusion.

14. Damage to Circuit Infrastructure

You are responsible for any damage caused by your vehicle to:

- Barriers

- Kerbs

- Track surface or tarmac

- Garage areas

- Circuit equipment or facilities

Any charges issued to VroomTrack may be passed on to you.

15. Passengers & Additional Drivers

Permitted if they sign required forms, meet age rules (typically 16+), and wear correct safety gear.

16. Personal Property

VroomTrack is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles, tools, trailers, equipment or personal items.

17. Photography & Media

Photography and media Participation implies consent to filming/photography and use for marketing and promotional purposes.

Personal filming permitted if securely mounted and non-commercial.

18. Force Majeure

No compensation for cancellations caused by conditions outside our control including:

- Severe weather

- Natural disasters

- Industrial action

- Government restrictions

- Road closures

- Supplier or circuit failure

- Political or civil disruption

19. Liability & Indemnity

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

VroomTrack is not liable for injury, death, vehicle damage, property loss or financial loss except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify VroomTrack and the Circuit for any damage caused by your vehicle or actions.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Guernsey law. Disputes handled exclusively in Guernsey courts.

21. Acceptance

By booking or attending a VroomTrack Event, you confirm that you:

- Have read and understood these Terms.

- Accept all risks associated with track driving.

- Agree to follow all safety rules and instructions.

- Accept that overtaking is permitted on either side.

- Are responsible for your own vehicle and conduct.
