We organise premium European driving tours and track day events. We are the Controller of the personal data you provide to us. We comply with The Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017, which incorporates principles equivalent to the EU GDPR.

We only collect information necessary to run our events safely, professionally, and efficiently.

We collect personal data directly from you when you book a tour or track day, complete online forms, communicate with us, sign waivers or emergency contact forms, subscribe to updates, or use our website.

We may also receive data from payment processors, tracks, hotels, service providers, or individuals you authorise.

Main categories of data:

• Tour & Track Day Bookings: Name, email, phone, address, vehicle details, emergency contact, driving licence verification if required. Retention: 7 years. Lawful basis: Contract.

• Safety & Operations: Waiver forms, incident forms, insurance or licence confirmations, briefing attendance. Retention: 7 years. Lawful basis: Vital interests and legitimate interests.

• Payments: Name, billing info, partial card details. Retention: transaction duration + 7 years. Lawful basis: Contract and legal obligation.

• Marketing: Name, email, preferences, interaction history. Retention: until you unsubscribe. Lawful basis: legitimate interests or consent.

• Photography & Videography: Event images and videos. Retention: indefinitely unless you request removal. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

• Website Analytics: IP address, device ID, browsing data. Retention: varies. Lawful basis: consent.

We do not routinely process sensitive data unless voluntarily provided for safety (e.g., allergies, accessibility).

4. Photography & Media

Events may be photographed and filmed. These may be used for participant materials, TourBoss, or marketing (website, social media, brochures).

If you do not wish to appear in marketing, please inform us before the event and we will respect your request.

5. Sharing Your Data

We only share data where essential to operate our tours and track days. This may include:

• Track circuits (sign-on and safety compliance)

• Hotels and restaurants (rooming lists)

• Event staff and instructors

• IT and booking system providers

• Payment processors

• Photographers and videographers

Some partners may be based outside the Bailiwick or EEA. Where so, we use approved safeguards under Guernsey Data Protection Law (adequacy recognition or standard contractual clauses).

We use technical and organisational security measures including encryption, secure hosting, restricted access, and confidentiality procedures.

If a breach occurs that may pose harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Data Protection Authority (ODPA) where required.
