VROOMTOURS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all driving tours (“Tours”) operated by VroomTours.

By booking or participating in any Tour, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

To participate you must hold a full driving licence, be medically fit, legally insured, and agree to all safety and legal requirements.

We may refuse participation if these conditions are not met.

2. Booking, Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable Deposit is required at booking. The Balance is due 10–12 weeks before departure.

Late payment may result in cancellation without refund. Prices may change until booking is confirmed. Minimum participant numbers may apply.

3. Cancellation by Participant

More than 60 days: Deposit retained; Balance refunded.

30–60 days: 50% retained; 50% refunded.

Less than 30 days: 100% retained.

Replacement participants may be proposed. If we resell your place, we refund the resale price minus a £100 admin fee and any reduction in price. Refunds processed only after the new attendee pays.

4. Cancellation by VroomTours

We may cancel or modify a Tour due to weather, supplier failure, operational needs or Force Majeure.

If cancelled outright, you may receive a refund or transfer. No compensation is given for external travel costs.

5. Documentation Requirements

You must carry valid passport, driving licence, vehicle insurance, V5C/Hire cert, MOT, travel insurance and breakdown cover.

You are responsible for meeting all border and entry rules.

6. Vehicle & Insurance Responsibilities

You must hold valid insurance for all destinations visited. Your vehicle must be road-legal, safe and suitable.

You are responsible for any damage, breakdown, towing or mechanical failure.

7. Driving Conduct

This is a non-competitive Tour. Dangerous driving, racing, intoxication or anti-social behaviour results in immediate removal without refund.

8. Safety Briefings

Safety briefings are mandatory. Failure to attend or comply may result in removal.

9. Routes, Hotels & Itinerary

Routes/hotels may change due to weather, road closures or operational reasons. No refunds for changes.

Luggage transport not provided unless stated.

10. Personal Property

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or goods left in vehicles.

11. Photography & Media

By participating you consent to photography/filming and use for marketing. Personal filming is allowed for non-commercial use.

12. Assumption of Risk

You accept all risks associated with road driving, weather, traffic, mechanical issues and long-distance driving.

13. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the amount paid.

We are not responsible for third-party failures or delays.

14. Intellectual Property & Event Replication

You agree not to replicate or commercially exploit VroomTours itineraries or concepts for at least 36 months after attending.

15. Travel Disruptions

We are not responsible for missed ferries, delays, border issues or additional costs incurred.

16. Force Majeure

No refunds or compensation for events outside our control including extreme weather, war, political unrest, epidemics, industrial action or supplier insolvency.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Guernsey law. Disputes resolved exclusively in Guernsey courts.

18. Acceptance

By booking or participating, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms and accept all associated risks.
